Premier League Predictions

At this point in seasons previous there would be a significant gap in the various sections of the league which would allow us to start looking at where their goals for the transfer window, January and for the rest of the season could be clearly defined. While six points separate the top four teams the same amount of points split the whole bottom half of the league, 11 teams. That means that every week now and in the immediate future we will be seeing some key games on a weekly basis.

Chairmen In The News - My Views

It doesn't seem that long ago that we were talking about Vincent Tan, the Cardiff City chairman doing a Miley Cyrus on his own club as he came in like a wrecking ball. He changed the teams colors, removed a key staff member from under the nose of his manager, then removed the manager. A few weeks on though and we have two more cases of chairmen gone wild and actions that could leave their individual sides in turmoil.

MLS: The Beginning Of The End??

After a few years of progression on the Worlds stage the USA are now involved in full retreat and this could probably signal the beginning of the end for MLS. That is a very bold statement but give me this article and I will explain exactly what I mean.

Yaya Toure: Confederation of African Footballer of the Year

To be fair, it wasn't really in doubt, but yesterday the Manchester City and Ivorian Coast powerhouse Yaya Toure, won the African Footballer of the Year award. It is the third consecutive year that Yaya has won the award, matching that of Samuel Eto'o, who did the same thing almost a decade ago.

West Bromwich Albion: Baggies Now Have Some Pepe In Their Step!

Well it is finally here and West Brom have announced their new manager, Pepe Mel. This is the same guy who was spoken to about the vacancy back in December but was ruled out after wanting to bring his own backroom staff with him.
