Competition Winner

 As you guys may remember back at the beginning of August I started a competition on Facebook. Up for grabs for the winner was a signed copy of my debut Children's book 'Beware Of The Teacher', signed of course.




The competition was initially set up for the people who had already joined the 'Beware Of The Teacher' Facebook page. Their goal was to direct friends, relatives and others to the page and therefore get more exposure for the book.

It was somewhat successful except for one key part and that was the minor detail of having the new addition stating who had directed them to the page. The original competition was due to be drawn and announced at the end of August but could not as I didn't have a single name. Clearly people had joined but by whom I had no idea.

It was then it was decided that I would message the new additions myself to find out who had directed them to the site, the vast majority said no one had and they had found the page themselves. This is absolutely fantastic that the page has this kind of exposure already but alas at the end of the messages I still had no name.

I still had a book to give away and certainly wanted to give away a book and so I decided (and posted on Facebook) that I would put all the current members of the page into a had (or in this case a tupperware container) and had local radio celebrity, Taylor Foxx draw one lucky winner.

And so congratulations go out to Mary, from Chambersburg PA. I hope you enjoy your book, and keep up the good work promoting.
